Maniratnam’s ‘Kadali’ in Andaman Sea Shore

Legendary director Maniratnam’s latest romantic entertainer 'Kadali' shooting is going on at past pace. Currently the movie is being shot in Andaman and Nicobar Islands, where director Maniratnam filming some scenes and a song on the lead cast. It is heard that a major portion of the movie is almost complete. 

 

Gautham, son of yesteryear hero Karthikand Tulasi, daughter of yesteryear heroine Radha are playing the lead pair in this movie. Arjun, Arvind Swamy, Pasupathy and Lakshmi Manchu are acting in other prominent roles. This film is surrounded by high expectations as Kadali is  Maniratnam's Love story after his evergreen romantic film 'Sakhi'. 

 

AR Rahman is composing music for Kadal, Cinematography by Rajiv Menon, Editing by Sreekar Prasad and Maniratnam producing this movie under his own banner Madras Talkies. Titled Kadal (sea) in Tamil, this will be released in Telugu as Kadali.
